Ph.D. in Humanities at the Jagiellonian University, political scientist, expert in the field of european integration, regional policy and public administration. Author of many publications, f.ex. "European Integration. Civilization and policy"(2003). Laureate of Pro Arte Docendi Award. From january 2008 he has been a head of the Department of Foreign Affairs at the Jagiellonian Club.
From september 2008 he has been vice-director at the Institute of Political Studies and International Relations JU. He is Research Fellow at the Kosciuszko Institute, lecturer at the Pontifical University of John Paul II, Tischner European University in Cracow and at the Jesuit University of Philosophy and Education "Ignatianum" in Cracow.
1998 – 2000 – colleague at the Chancellery of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Poland, 1999 – 2000 counsellor of the Minister of Health RP. For the period 2007 – 2008 Under-Secretary in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Deputy Minister in the Office of the Committee for European Integration. From 2009 member of Civil Service Council. In september 2009 appointed by the President of the Republic of Poland to the team of SKOZK. From 2010 he has been working in the European Parliament for the ECR Group.
