Ph.D. in humanities at the Faculty of International and Political Studies at Jagiellonian University. A political scientist, research worker on the Department of International Relations and Foreign Policy Jagiellonian University. He is an expert in the area of international relations and European integration and a scholar of the Institut d'Etudes Politiques of Rennes, France.
He is an author and co-author of tracts and publications focused on the issue of the French influence on EU institutional system, Constitutional Treaty, perspectives on the developement of European Security and Defence Policy of EU and contemporary Euro-Atlantic relations, f.ex. "France in the presence of main problems of the institutional reform of the European Union in XXI", "Euro-atlantic relations in the view of security and defense policy".
