Ph.D. in Law, major - international public law and the EU law. Current research issue – Ius missions and Ius tractatus of the European Union.

He is a senior lecturer on the Department of International Relations and Foreign Policy on the Faculty of International and Political Studies at the Jagiellonian University. Former employee of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Poland and the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Hague ( also in Belgium and UK ) and academic in several universities in the USA.

Author of publications on international law and the law of European Union (in Polish and English).
