Vice-Chairman for organizational matters and doctoral student at the Faculty of Finance of the Cracow University of Economics. Graduate of Economics at the same university. Coordinator of the Kosciuszko Institute’s research in the field of the economy and finance. He is the originator and author of the first Polish “Monitoring of the debt of voivodeship cities” considering the debt concealed in municipal companies. He has prepared an analysis of the effects that the development of the shale gas sector would have on regional development and the labour market in Poland. Author of publications in the scope of fiscal policy, labour market and macroeconomics.
