Scholar at L’Institut d’Etudes Politiques in Rennes, France. Author and co-author of works and publications concentrating around the issues of France’s influence on the shape of the EU’s institutional system, the Constitutional Treaty, prospects for the development of the European Security and Defence Policy as well as the contemporary Euroatlantic relations, including: “France in the face of the main problems of institutional reform of the European Union in the 21st century”, “Euroatlantic relations in the context of the issue of the security and defence policy”.
