A specialist in the protection of critical infrastructure. In the years 2008-2015, he worked at the Government Centre for Security (RCB), where he managed a unit responsible for the protection of critical infrastructure. Prior to his position at the RCB, he was the main specialist at the Department of Crisis Management and Defence Matters of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Administration. In the years 2012-2015, he was Vice-Chairman of the Industrial Resources and Communications Service Group (IRCSG) within the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO). He represented Poland in the European Union as the national contact point for the protection of critical infrastructure. He is currently the main specialist at the Polish Security Printing Works.
Graduate of the Faculty of Journalism and Political Science at the University of Warsaw, the National School of Public Administration and the Program in Advanced Security Studies (PASS) organized by the G. C. Marshal European Center for Security Studies.
