The need to cooperate and coordinate with friends and allies is more pressing than ever – that was one of the conclusion of CYBERSEC Washington Leaders’ Foresight taking place on 19 March 2019. The aim of the CSDC19 was to foster greater political, business and security synergies between the United States and the 3S region by developing digital and cybersecurity cooperation. Forward-looking proposals of such cooperation have been formulated within the Digital 3 Seas Initiative (D3SI) launched by the Kosciuszko Institute together with a group of regional think tanks and with contributions by the Center for European Policy Analysis (CEPA) in Washington D.C.
